What personal data we collect and why we collect it
|Data name||Why we collect it|
|Name, Email||We use these to contact you – any e-mails or message webforms ever sent to us may be stored in our inboxes, on our quotes and project files, but still fall under GDPR.|
|Company name and website||We use these to gather information on your business and its style. The same way, your questions or messages are used to create briefs in-house to serve you with a better advice, quote or software.|
|CV, Portfolio, Job preferences||Time to time we have open positions. Any CVs and job applications sent to us will be saved and stored for recruiting purposes, and we may contact you. Please opt out and send us a message if you would like us to delete any previously sent CVs, portfolios or applications.|
|Phone number, Date of birth||We may have your phone number submitted by you as a business contact, and also we store your CV if you ever send it directly to us. We don’t do cold calls neither do we pass on your phone number or date of birth. We may use your phone number to contact you on matters we’re already discussing in an ongoing email thread.|
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms throughout our website serve business development and client prospecting purposes – we want to know if you want to do business with us either as a client or as a subcontractor or collegue. On these forms we collect names, emails, phone numbers, company names and website addresses, CV and Portfolio details, Date of birth, as well as briefs of past or future projects.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We use Google Analytics and Smartlook for analyzing site traffic and use. We share your usage data with these providers – this is done anonymously, no contact information is shared during the recording of analytics data.
Who we share your data with
We share your usage information with analytical partners (see above). Time to time we may come up as Data Processors, in which case you are visiting our clients’ websites, and submit your information to them as Data Owners. In these cases, our software is used by them, thus we share your personal data with them, in most of these cases you may not even know we’re in between, and your intention is to share your data with our client, on their website. We create complex websites, portals, mobile applications and desktop software, mostly for marketing and business purposes, which always collect data. In these cases the party to comply with GDPR as a Data Processor is our client, but in our role as only Data Processors we also intend to meet all regulations.
We also use Akismet to filter spam, so any incoming forms or comments are subject to go through the automated Akismet Spam Protection for WordPress (email, subject, message, all form data submitted).
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
